Here to help, here to listen, here to care

Making an Appointment

Appointments can be made when you call in or if I have been given a referral about you from a teacher, friend or parent then I will make you out an initial appointment time and place it in an envelope in the register. Your form teacher will give this to you and it will be kept confidential. Some pupils find this initial appointment sufficient on its own; other pupils will want ongoing individual counselling, or a referral to other forms of support. The service gets very busy so I may have to operate a waiting list for ongoing counselling. Every effort will be made to see you as soon as possible.

If you are not able to attend an appointment please let me know so that the time slot can be allocated to someone else.

EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS

I try to keep a daily emergency appointment space in my diary. Emergencies will be given priority and will be seen on the day.
