Return to Sixth Form
Normally, about Easter time, pupils in Year 12 are asked to consider if they would like to return to school and which subjects they would like to study. All potential Year 13 students must make themselves aware of the entry requirements for 6th Form:
One Year Courses
- 24 points
- 4 GCSEs grades C or above
- GCSE Math and English at grades C or above, preferred
- 75% attendance or higher
Two Year Courses
- 30 points
- 5 GCSEs grade C or above including Maths and English
- 75% attendance or higher
GCSEs or equivalent are graded as follows:

- A
- 9
- B
- 8
- C
- 7
- D
- 6
- E
- 5
- F
- 4
- G
- 3
- U
