School Meals
Breakfast Club
The school day begins with a value for money 50p breakfast. Smoothies, juices, toast, cereals and hot breakfasts are offered. Pupils can listen to music or read the newspapers and magazines provided. Competitions and quizzes liven up the atmosphere and prizes can be won. A mobile breakfast service will be available in classrooms from February and an early morning Computer Club runs on Wednesdays so that pupils can go on-line and become part of the UK Breakfast Club network.
Lunch
Pupils can purchase a range of freshly prepared healthy option hot meals and sandwiches.
Vending Machines
The school has two water vending machines and two soft drinks machines. Four further vending machines offer a range of healthy snacks. Pupils may only use the machines before school, at break and at lunch.
